Refusal of a proposal for training conducted outside of working hours

I am an employee in a company car expertise. My employer asked me to conduct a training-related changes in employment. I wanted to accept but the training was received outside of working hours.

So I had to refuse. The next day I received an invitation to an interview prior to dismissal for misconduct. I do not know if my refusal might be regarded as a fault, so I referred to the Collective Agreement which my business depends on the site convention collective-fr.com. And I was reassured by finding that my employer had no right to dismiss me because of my refusal.

The Collective Agreement states that refusal to participate in adaptation actions in the workplace or training activities related to the evolution of employment or continued employment, conducted outside of working hours does constitute misconduct or grounds for dismissal.
